Shipping

All pre-made items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for custom orders and up to 8 weeks for custom tinsel jackets. 

Tracking via Australia Post will be emailed to you as confirmation. All shipping is at customers own cost. 

Deposits 

All deposits are final and non refundable. Paying a deposit for a custom item is commitment to purchase. 

Returns 

You can exchange or receive a store credit within 30 days of receiving your purchase if you find a reasonable fault. Please note that all items are hand made with love and as such some small crafting imperfections may be present.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging. 

Unfortunately, I do not provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind, sale items or workshop tickets.
