Raffle Standard Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The raffle is open to all individuals 
   • People under 18 must have an adult supervision 
   • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Calamity Tash are not eligible to participate.
   • Entrants MUST be following @mylovercindi.adl and @calamitys.chaos.place to be eligible to win

2. How to Enter:

   • Entries must be submitted through the official raffle entry methods specified by My Lover Cindi and Calamity Tash 
   • Each entrant must provide accurate and complete information.
   • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the specified deadline will be disqualified.

3. Entry Deadline:

   • All entries must be received by September 2nd 2023.

4. Winner Selection:

   • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
   • The drawing will take place on September 3rd 2023.
   • Winners will be notified via [Email/Phone] within 7 days of the drawing.
   • International winners will be responsible for shipping costs

5. Prizes:

   • The prize(s) and their corresponding values will be clearly stated in the raffle promotion materials. Cape $200. Tickets $5. 
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Claiming Prizes:

   • Winners must respond to the prize notification within 7 days.
   • If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Taxes and Fees:

   • All taxes and fees, including shipping of the item, associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

8. Publicity:

   • By participating in the raffle, winners grant Calamity Tash and My Lover Cindi the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability:

   • Calamity Tash and My Lover Cindi are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.
   • Participants release Calamity Tash and My Lover Cindi from any liability arising from their participation in the raffle or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

10. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.

11. Modification or Cancellation:

    • Calamity Tash and My Lover Cindi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle for any reason without prior notice.
